Instructions
  1. For preparing Beetroot Dates Pickle, take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  2. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add crushed ginger garlic and saute for one minute.
  4. Add grated beetroot.
  5. Add chopped dates.
  6. Add chilli powder, pickle powder and mix well and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
  7. Add salt, vinegar and turn off the flame.
  8. Convert it into a plate and let it cool. Store in an air tight container jar when it is cool.
  9. Beetroot dates pickle is ready to serve.
