When the colour of this mix turns into golden, add the beetroot pieces into the mix and cover the frying pan with a lid and allow to cook the mix for about 10 - 15 minutes in low flame - without adding water.
When the mix is cooked well, add the grated coconut and stir it further for about 2 - 3 minutes.
Beetroot fry is ready and can be served with poori, chappathi , cooked rice etc.
