Beetroot Idiyappam

this is quite easy. this is one of the variety in idiyappam. my new try which i added beetroot tokku with idiyappam. this yummy to taste. best breakfast and healthy too

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped Beetroot
  • 1 Big Idiyappam
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Uraqd dal
  • 1/2 tsp Channa dal
  • 1 tap Mustard
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tblsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In mixer grind beetroot well and keep aside
  • Now in pan add oil and temper Mustard and urad and channa dal and add curyy leaves too
  • Now add chopped onion and saute well
  • Now add Beetroot pulp and mix with onion mixture and chili powder and salt
  • Now cook til oil comes out and tokku comes soft texture
  • Now add Idiyappam and mix gradually
  • Now its ready to serve Beetroot Idiyappam
