(grinded) : 1/2 of a
coconut
Green chillies
: 2 nos
Curd : 1 ½ cup
Mustard seeds
: 1 tsp
Curry leaves
: a few
Salt
: to taste
Instructions
Boil
beetroot
with
green chillies
.
Mix boiled
beetroot
,
coconut
puree, curd and
salt
together.
Heat
oil
in a pan splutter
mustard seeds
. Add
curry leaves
Mix this with the above
Beetroot
kichadi ready
