Instructions
  1. Pressure cook washed and peeled beetroot until it's done.
  2. Allow it to cool and grind it to paste.
  3. Fry the cashews in ghee.
  4. Heat a heavy bottomed kadai and pour half the quantity of milk.
  5. Add beetroot paste and mix well.
  6. Add sugar and mix well.
  7. Add the remaining milk and boil for few minutes.
  8. Add cardamom powder and fried cashews and mix well.
  9. Boil for few minutes and remove from fire.
  10. :-Serve hot or cold.
