Instructions
  1. Pressure cook beetroot and grate it.
  2. Grind grated coconut adding water.
  3. Mix yoghurt and buttermilk nicely.
  4. Add salt and sugar.
  5. Add grated beetroot and mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add all the ingredients for seasoning.
  8. Pour this over the prepared buttermilk raita.
  9. :- Serve with plain rice.
