  • Beetroot - 1 chopped
  • Tomato - 3 chopped
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • garlic - 3 pods
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper(as per taste) -
  • Fried bread / rusk( cut cubes) - 2
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Milk / fresh cream - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Now boil tomato, beetroot and onion
  2. Now strain excess water and keep aside and allow to cool
  3. Now grind or blend and keep aside
  4. Now in soup pan add butter and when it melt add bay leaf
  5. Now add both pulp and water mix well
  6. bring to boil and add salt and pepper as taste
  7. Now add milk / cream stir well and turn off
  8. Now add bread/ rusk serve hot
