Instructions
  1. For preparing Bele Kosambari, first soak green gram dal in sufficient water for one hour and drain well.
  2. Add grated coconut, finely cut chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the seasoning ingredients.
  6. Pour it over the prepared Bele kosambari.
