  • Pumpkin(cubed) - 1/4 cup
  • Potato(cubed) - 1/2 cup
  • Beans(cut in one inch long) - 1/4 cup
  • Geen peas - 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1/4 cup
  • Carrot(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies(slit) - 2 nos
  • Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Paanch fodan(Mixture of spices like Fenugreek uluva, Nigella seeds karim jeerakam, Cumin seeds jeerakam, Radhuni ayamodakam, Fennel seeds perum jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing bengali mix vegetable, melt ghee in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry for a minut.
  2. Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  3. Add paanch fodan and 2 cups of water. Cook covered till all the vegetables are done.
  4. Mash the potatoes lightly and sprinkle garam masala. Mix well. For preparing bengali mix vegetable, melt ghee in a pan and add the vegetables. Fry for a minute.
  5. Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  6. Add paanch fodan and 2 cups of water. Cook covered till all the vegetables are done.
  7. Mash the potatoes lightly and sprinkle garam masala. Mix well.
  8. Transfer the content into a serving bowl and sprinkle lemon juice and grnish with chopped coriander leaves.
