  • Gram flour/Besan(Kadala mavu) - 250 g
  • Ghee - 100 g
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Cardmom(powdered) -
  • Water - 1/4 litre
  • Pista - 1 tsp
  • Almonds(sliced) - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing besan burfi, melt ghee in a pan and fry besan flour until the besan starts changing color.
  2. Add water to sugar and make a syrup by boiling for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the sugar syrup & cardmom powder to the fried besan flour and mix well.
  4. Take a greased flat tray and pour the mixture into it. Garnish with almonds and pista.
  5. Allow it to cool completely.Then cut in different shapes according to your like.
  6. Besan burfi is ready.
