Besan Ka Cheela

This maharashtrian recipe also called as Puda or vegetarian omelet. It is a combo of besan flour with the mixture of colorful vegetables.

Instructions
  1. Put besan in a bowl. Add small quantities of water to make a smooth batter, so that there should be no lumps in it.
  2. Add chilli powder. turmeric powder,coriander powder, carrot, capsicum, spring onion green,chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Enter Step
  4. Add water till it comes to be a dropping consistency or just like dosa batter.
  5. Now heat a tawa on medium flame put little oil [1 tsp] & spread. 1 serving spoon full of batter pour on it. After few minutes put some more oil around the omelette and turn upside down.
  6. Enter Step
  7. Let it be brown and crispy from both sides. Repeat the same method with rest of the batter.Serve hot.
