Bheja fry is a classic recipe made with goat brain. This bheja pepper fry is very carefully done and taste very good like egg pepper fry.They are so spicy and soft texture that it just melts in mouth. We add lots of onions to this dish equally we add curry leafs. curry leafs carry the taste so splendid and rich. This bheja fry needs to be fried only in gingelly oil. They are peppery black in color and tempts to eat it . This bheja fry can be taken just like a dish or it can be served with rotis

Instructions
  1. immerse brains in hot water for some time
  2. in a skillet fry onions curry leafs green chilli after tempering mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste
  3. add salt turmeric and pepper powder
  4. now add red chilli powder, coriander powder
  5. now add the brains
  6. turn them gently as the masala coats them finely
  7. cook until done and serve
