Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Puffed rice
  • 1 Cup Potato Chopped
  • 1/2 no. Onion Chopped
  • 1 no. Green chilli Chopped
  • 1 no. Tomato Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • As reqd Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • As reqd Sev/Mixture
  • Oil For deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop the boiled potato/aloo in cubes.
  • Deep fry it.
  • In a bowl, add puffed rice, cooked aloo,tomato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, salt, lemon juice and mixture and mix well.
  • Now bhel puri is ready.
