Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Oma podi/Oma pori
  • 10 nos Small pooris
  • 2 nos Potatoes medium
  • 1/2 cup Bengal gram Kadalaparippu
  • 2 cups Puffed rice Pori
  • 2 nos Onions medium
  • 1 no Tomato small
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mango pieces finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Mint leaves(Pudhina) for mint chutney

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
  • Boil the Bengal gram in a separate vessel.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Prepare oma podi, sweet chutney, mint chutney and small puris.
  • In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, small puris, cooked dal and mix well.
  • Add salt, mint chutney and sweet chutney. Mix well and serve.
  • :-Store in refrigerator for one day if required.
