Bhindi Masala Lady`s finger/Bhindi masala 250 gm Lady`s Finger (Vendakka)1/2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tsp Coriander powderGinger (garlic paste - 1/2 tsp)1/4 tsp Turmeric powderCoriander leaves (A small bunch)2 Green chilliesSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Oil Cut the lady`s finger into small pieces of 1/2 inch size.Heat some oil in a pan and put all the ingredients along with lady`s finger keeping the stove on a low flame.Then, cover it with a lid.After every 2 minutes, stir it slowly.:- Make sure the bhindis doesn`t get stuck to the pan.After 15-20 minutes, when bhindi becomes soft and the oil starts to leave, remove it from the flame.:-Serve it with chapatis or paratha or rice.
