Instructions
  1. Grind together all the ingredients for the masala into a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Splutter cumin seeds.
  4. Add onions and green chillies and saute, till they turn light brown.
  5. Add turmeric powder, the masala paste and saute for 2 mins.
  6. Add tomatoes and blend well for 2-3 mins.
  7. Add the cut bhindi, salt and saute well for 2 mins.
  8. Cook on low flame, till bhindi is done stirring from time to time.
  9. Switch off the flame.
  10. Mix in lime juice when its warm.
  11. :- Serve with rice and curd or chappathis.
