Instructions
  1. Cut the lady`s finger slant -wise (not round pieces).
  2. Deep fry in oil for crisp pieces.
  3. Saute onion until golden brown.
  4. Add fried lady`s finger, tomato salsa and salt as needed.
  5. :- Chilli powder can be added if needed.
  6. Turn off flame and add yogurt.
  7. Mix well for a thick gravy.
  8. :- Can be used as a side dish with rice/chapathi.
