  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat masala - 2 tsp
  • Gram flour(Kadala podi) - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Curd - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Wash the lady`s finger or bhindi well. Leave it to dry.
  2. Using a sharp knife cut off both ends.
  3. Cut the bhindi into small pieces
  4. Marinate in 1 tsp curd, chilly powder, chat masala and keep it for 1/2 hr.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  6. Add salt to the bhindi.
  7. Dust the bhindi well with besan taking small portions at a time.
  8. Put the portion dusted with besan into the hot oil.
  9. Seperate the strings with a spoon.
  10. Keep turning over & take out when golden brown & crispy.
  11. :- Serve immediately with rice. :- This can be prepared earlier and fried just before serving.
