Simple & Easy Recipe - Bhoondi Raita

Ingredients
  

  • Bhoondi : 100 gm
  • Curd/yoghurt : 400 gm
  • Jeera powder / roasted cumin powder : ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder : ¼ tsp
  • Black salt or rock salt as reqd : ½ tsp
  • Sugar : 1tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves : few

Instructions
 

  • Warm water in a pan and add the boondi to it. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes.
  • Put the bhoondi in a colander and drain off the water.
  • Whisk the yogurt in a bowl.4) Add the sugar, rock salt and stir well.
  • Add the boondi and garnish with red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves.
  • Bhoondi raita can be served cold or at room temperature.
