Ingredients

Bhoondi : 100 gm
Curd/yoghurt : 400 gm
Jeera powder / roasted
cumin powder
: ¼ tsp
Red
chilli powder
: ¼ tsp
Black
salt
or rock
salt
as reqd : ½ tsp
Sugar
: 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves : few
Instructions
Warm
water
in a pan and add the boondi to it. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes.
Put the bhoondi in a colander and drain off the
water
.
Whisk the yogurt in a bowl.4) Add the
sugar
, rock
salt
and stir well.
Add the boondi and garnish with red chili powder, roasted
cumin powder
and coriander leaves.
Bhoondi raita can be served cold or at room temperature.
