Instructions
  1. Boil potato and keep aside
  2. Now heat and burn egg plant and allow too cool
  3. Now do like same tomato and onion
  4. In pan dry roast red chili and daniya
  5. Now coarsely grind red chili, daniya
  6. Now add Ginger, garlic,green chili and grind well
  7. Now remove all outer skin of vegetables
  8. Now again grind all with spicy mixture and transfer to bowl
  9. Now add lemon juice and potato and salt mix well
  10. Now its ready to serve with litti. Bihari chokka is ready
