Instructions
  1. Cut bitter gourd in a slim and circular way.
  2. :- It should look like a ring.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. When oil is hot, add bitter gourd rings and salt.
  5. Allow it to become brown.
  6. When it's done, add chilly powder and fry for another 10 mins.
  7. Remove from fire.
  8. :- This goes well with curd rice, rasam, sambar and rice.
  9. :- Instead of bitter gourd, use potato also.
  10. :- Good with rice and condiments.
