Wash the bitter gourd well and drain. Cut them into semi thick slices and place them on a plate and sprinkle with turmeric powder. Keep aside for 1 hr.
Take the bitter gourd pieces and pat dry them and marinate them with the smooth paste. Keep the bitter gourd aside for a few minutes.
Deep fry them in oil to a golden brown crispy, crunchy texture. Serve the fried bitter gourd pieces hot. Otherwise it will not taste great.
