Instructions
  1. saute fenu greek, cumin seeds,mustard
  2. add shallots and curry leaves and garlic
  3. add bitter gourd and saute gently for few minutes until partially cooked
  4. add tomatoes and cook till soft
  5. grind coconut along with red chilli powder,coriander powder
  6. when it boils add tamarind paste and allow it in flame untill the oil oozes out again and serve
