Instructions
  1. Chop the bitter gourd
  2. in a pan heat the 2 tsp of oil and add bitter gourd and turmeric powder and fry it
  3. allow to cook until the bitter gourd change into light brown in medium flame
  4. fry the mustard and fenugreek in a pan without oil
  5. make a powder by grinding it
  6. in plastic or glass bowl add fried bitter gourd, red chili powder, salt,oil and mustard fenugreek powder and mix well
  7. allow for 2 days
  8. now bitter gourd pickle is ready.
