Instructions
  1. For preparing bitter gourd pickle, first roast the bitter gourd and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil and roast uluva and cumin seeds in it.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chilly, onion and tomato in it and fry it.
  4. When the oil drains, add the chilly powder and then add the vinegar and let it boil.
  5. Add the roasted bitter gourd and salt and mix it well.
  6. Take it from flame and let it cool.
  7. Convert it to a bottle and serve as a side dish with rice when required.
