250 g Black eyed beans/Rajma bean (boiled)1 no Onion (chopped)1 no Capsicum (chopped)1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)1 clove Garlic (crushed)1/4 tsp Vinegar1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)1 tbsp Olive oilSalt (As reqd) First cook rajma beans with salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder in a pressure cooker. SautT onion, garlic and ginger in heated olive oil. Add chilly powder and vinegar. Fry well.When the onion become translucent add chopped capsicum, cooked beans and salt.Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
