This Black Forest Cake is a famous and a delicious one from Germany. It is a rich cake with four layers filled in with whipped cream and topped up with chocolate and cherries.
Now mix all baking ingredients in baking list beat with blender
No grease baking tin and pour mixture and pre heat oven 180degree and bake for 35 mins in 160 degree
Now in chill bowl add whipped cream and blend well and add icing sugar and vanilla essence blend well refrigerate for 30mins
In heavy bottom vessels add sugar and water and make syrup and add cherries and turn off , allow to cool
Now cake will be ready in oven allow to cool in another rack and with help of knife loose side and remove from tin and allow to cool 10 mins and refrigerate 30mins
Now cut cake in bottom and cut three layer of cake and pour cherry syrup in each layer
