Black Urad Dal Vada

Black urad dal is referred to as black gram. Traditionally this black gram is considered to be a combination of whole urad and rajma. This black gram vada turns out to be a break fast recipe and also to be crispy evening snack. This vada has a great nutritional value. It is a good source of protein and dietary fibers. Instructions
  1. wash and soak urad dal and rice together for 45 mins.
  2. grind this soaked dal along with green chilli , salt and cumin seeds
  3. to this add curry leaf coriander leaf and rice flour and mix well.
  4. also add onions and mix well
  5. now take a portion and pat it in hand with a hole in it by touching water.
  6. just slide it to hot oil and deep fry it.
  7. vada is ready to serve
