Instructions
  1. For preparing boiled egg sandwich, spread butter on both sides of the bread slices and toast lightly in a tawa.
  2. Spread mayonnaise in the inner sides of the two bread slices.
  3. Now take one of this bread slice and place a cheese slice. Top up with a sliced boiled egg and sprinkle some pepper powder.
  4. Now layer cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce and spread mayonnaise on the top.
  5. Cover with the remaining buttered slice. Repeat same with remaining bread slices.
  6. Boiled egg sandwich, a simple as well as nutritious breakfast recipe, for kids as well as elders, is ready.
