Plain Boondi
1
cup
Yoghurt
1/2
tsp
Roasted
cumin powder
Salt
As reqd
2
tbsp
Coriander leaves
Red chilly powder
A pinch to garnish
Instructions
Take a bowl and whisk the yoghurt till smooth.
Add
salt
, roasted
cumin powder
and coriander leaves to the bowl.
Add boondi and mix well.
To have thin consistency of yoghurt add
water
as per your requirement. Adding a little
milk
instead of
water
will make raita taste better.
Garnish with red chilly powder, remaining
cumin powder
and coriander leaves.
