Ingredients

Potatoes (boiled and mashed) : ½ k gm
Large
onion
finely chopped : 1 no
Red
chilli powder
: 1 tsp
2
tsp
Dry
mango powder
: 1
Salt
: as reqd
Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few
For Samosa patti :
Maida / flour : 1 tsp
Water
: 1tsp
Oil
: for frying
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan and fry the
onion
till translucent.
Add the mashed
potato
, red
chilli powder
, dry
mango powder
chopped coriander leaves and
salt
and mix well together.
Keep aside to cool.
Mix the maida with
water
in a small bowl to make a smooth paste.
Make a cone of each samosa patti.
Fill with
potato
mixture and fold to cover the filling completely.
Seal the open edge with the flour / maida paste.

Gently slide the samosa into hot
oil
and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on a kitchen towel.

tomato
sauce / green chutney.
