Ingredients

Mutton brain : 5 or 6 no s
Onion
: 2 nos
Shallot : 6 nos
Ginger
: 1 inch piece
Garlic
: 6
cloves
Green chilly : 2 nos
Tomato
: 1 no
Turmeric powder
: 1 tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Egg
: 1 or 2 nos
Garam masala
: 1 tsp
Instructions
Heat a pan add
oil
in it and when its hot add
onion
,
ginger
garlic
and shallot and saute it well.
When its brown add
tomato
and stir well.
When it sauted well.
Add
turmeric powder
and chilly powder to it.
Stir well.
Then add brain to it.
Enter Step
Stir well and add
water
to it if needed.
Then add
garam masala
to it and stir well.
Enter Step
Then add
egg
to it.
Sauté it well and off the flame when the
oil
gets separated from the matter.
Transfer to the serving dish.
