Instructions
  1. Dip bread slices one by one, in water, squeeze the water, mash the wet bread.
  2. In a broad bowl, mix mashed bread, mixed vegetables, chilly powder and salt, to form a dough.
  3. Prepare orange sized balls.
  4. Heat a tawa, keep one ball over it, press with fingers and flatten the balls to prepare thick adai / roti.
  5. Pierce the centre, pour oil in the central hole and little on the rotis.
  6. When cooked one side, turn the roti / adai to cook the other side.
  7. :- Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
  8. :- This chatpata recipe will be loved by even those who don`t like bread toast or sandwich.
