Grind all the ingredients (except Onion, tomato and oil) and make a smooth batter by adding little water.I added 1/2 cup of water.
Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato and mix well. Add enough water and salt if needed.
Heat the tawa/non -stick pan, pour a ladle of batter in the center of the pan.Make small dosa. Do not spread like normal dosas.
Apply ghee on the top side of the dosa.Let the bottom side cook well and turn golden brown colour. Now flip it over and let the other side cook as well.
Bread dosa is ready. Serve hot with /without chutneys.
Notes
If you are health conscious can avoid ghee or oil, while cooking the dosa.
