Egg roll is a famous snack from the streets of many India cities especially Kolkata. usuall we used to bake the bread egg roll, but this time i fried the bread egg roll.

Instructions
  1. chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  2. heat the oil in the pan and temper the garlic and ginger
  3. add onion, and saute it for 2 minutes
  4. add tomato and green chili and mix it
  5. add red chili powder, garam masala. turmeric powder and salt and mix it
  6. add 1 glass of water and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  7. add egg and mix well
  8. cut the corner in the bread and also divide into two pieces and dip in the water
  9. stuff the egg masala
  10. roll it
  11. mix maida, corn flour and rice flour in the bowl and dust the egg roll
  12. heat the oil in the pan and fry it
  13. now bread egg roll is ready, serve with ketchup
