  • Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 no
  • Condensed milk(Milk maid) - 2 tsp
  • Almonds(grated, Badam) - 2 -
  • Refined oil or ghee - 1 cup

Instructions
  1. Cut each bread slices diagonally into 4 pieces.
  2. Deep fry the cut slices of bread in oil till golden brown and keep it aside.
  3. For sugar syrup, mix equal amount of sugar and water.
  4. Heat the mixture until it reaches a syrup consistency.
  5. Add cardamom as whole or powdered and switch off the flame.
  6. Dip the fried bread slices into the hot syrup of sugar and keep it aside for few minutes(15 mins).
  7. Take out the bread slices and transfer it into a serving plate and decorate each slices with condensed milk and grated badam.
  8. :- Serve chilled.
