Instructions
  1. Clean chow chow, chop it and boil. allow to cool and blend well
  2. In a bowl add bread and crumble in your hand
  3. Now add all items for kofta and mix well
  4. Make dough and divide into equal portion
  5. Heat oil and drop koftas, fry well.
  6. Now the Bread Kofta is ready
  7. Now for gravy , in a pan add oil and temper cumin
  8. Now saute curry leaves and chopped onions
  9. Now add Ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes
  10. Now add tomato puree and cook well
  11. Now add all the powders and mix well
  12. Now add chow chow pulp and mix well. cook for 10 minutes with little water
  13. Now turn off and drop Bread kofta in gravyand spread cream in top of the gravy. Serve it.
