Instructions
  1. For preparing bread masala, cut the corners of the bread and slice into small square pieces.
  2. Fry the bread slices in ghee. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat remaining ghee and splutter mustard seeds. Add onions and fry it till it becomes brown in color.
  4. Then add tomato into it and fry it again.
  5. When oil separates, add chilly powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
  6. Then add pepper powder and salt to it and stir it well.
  7. Add the fried bread pieces to it and stir well. Remove from flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Bread masala, a favorite kid's recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
