  • Bread(made of maida ) - 1 loaf
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic pods - 6 nos
  • Green chillies - 6 nos
  • Thymol(Ajwain) - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 cups
  • Rice flour - 1 &
  • Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
  1. Cut each bread slice into 2 halves diagonally so that a triangle shape is formed.
  2. Make a paste of garlic, green chillies and coriander.
  3. Mix together gram flour or besan, rice flour and salt.
  4. Add ajwain and the paste.
  5. Mix together all the ingredients with water.
  6. :- See to it that the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. :- U can add red chilly powder too in the batter.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying.
  8. Take a piece of triangle shaped bread and dip it in the batter and put it immediately in the oil.
  9. :- If there is delay in putting the slices in oil, the slices might break. Hence, do it as fast as u can.
  10. Deep fry the rest of the pieces.
  11. :- Serve hot.
  12. :- You can use the same batter for any other pakodas. Instead of bread, you can use potato slices, onions, etc.
