Bread stuffed with chicken and veg masala

  • Cut the bread slices in round shapes.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onions followed by chillies, carrot, cabbage, minced chicken pieces and salt.
  • Add soya sauce, if desired.
  • Fry, till it gets cooked.
  • Take a bread piece and put little water in the middle and press lightly.
  • Fill in the middle with a little masala and a little cheese.
  • Seal the edges using beaten egg.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
  • Pour a little oil in a tava.
  • Fry the masala side first and then turn to cook the other side.
