this is unique and my new try in pongal version. this bread pongal is lipmacking recipe. milk and bread generally good to taste .

  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tblsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Green chili - 1
  • Cashew - 5
  • Hing - 2 pinch
  • Salt as taste -

Instructions
  1. soak moong dal and cook for 10 minutes
  2. Now add bread slices or bread crumb and mix with dal
  3. Now add Milk and mix well. cook for 5 minutes
  4. If you need some more milk add and stir well
  5. in small pan add ghee and temper jeera, pepper, curry leaves, cashew green chili
  6. Now pour season in pongal
  7. Now its ready to serve Bread pongal
