Bread Roast

Beat the eggs with sugar.

:- For those who want it to be more sweet, more sugar(1/4 -1/2 tsp) can be added.

Heat tava and brush with oil.

Coat (do not soak) the bread slice with the egg batter on each side and immediately put on tawa .

Repeat this for all the slices.

Roast, until brown on both sides.
