this bread samosa is very famous in Andhra. samosa is crispy too. in this we stuff potato and cabbage. its a good combo for evening snack with tea.

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Potato - 1 boiled
  • Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt as taste -
  • Ajiwain - 1 pinch
  • Wheat - 1/4 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 tblsp
  • Oil(deep fry.) -

Instructions
  1. In Pan add oil and temper cumin
  2. Add cabbage and saute well . in mean time boil potato and mash it
  3. Now add mashed potato and add all powders. mix it well
  4. when the veggies mixes with spices and cooked well turn off and allow to cool
  5. In a bowl add bread slices and pour little water
  6. Mash the bread and add wheat, rice flour and ajiwain. mix well
  7. Make soft dough and make balls out of the dough in an equal portion
  8. Now flat thin and stuff potato
  9. Fold samosa and bind with water
  10. Finish other portion and keep aside
  11. Boil oil and drop one samosa and fry well
  12. Now its ready to serve Bread samosa
