Bread sticks with chicken filling is a good party snack that quite easy to make.To make bread sticks spiced chicken filling is stuffed inside the bread,rolled and tawa fried.the preparation of stuffing is very simple and best served with sauce.

Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken Filling : Boneless chicken breast fried adding 1/2 tsp pepper,1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste and shredded.Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger,garlic and green chilly for 5 minutes.add red chilly powder,garam masala,coriander leaves,salt and saute again for 2 minutes.remove from the flame and let it cool for some time
  2. Steam cook the bread slices for 5 minutes
  3. Roll each of the slices with a rolling pin.
  4. Add little prepared chicken filling at one end of the bread slice and slowly roll it.
  5. Dip each rolled bread sticks in egg mixture for a second
  6. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and toast the bread slices turning the sides till golden brown.
  7. Bread sticks with chicken filling is ready to serve
