Instructions
  1. Cut tomato and chilly into small pieces.
  2. Grind together tomato, chilly and salt into a paste.
  3. Spread ghee completely on a pan.
  4. Spread 1 tsp of the above paste onto a bread slice on one side.
  5. Place that side on the hot ghee.
  6. While that side is getting fried, take another 1/2 tsp of paste and apply on the top of the bread.
  7. :- If bread is sticking onto the pan, you can add more ghee.
  8. Fry both sides of bread, till it turns brown.
  9. :- Spread tomato paste on bread immediately before u r going to fry. If not, the bread will become watery. :- Frying takes 4 mins for each bread slice. :- Don`t forget to spread ghee on pan for each and every bread slice.
