  • Tomato(diced) - 1 no
  • Green chilies(slit) - 2 no

Instructions
  1. For preparing the tasty breakfast dish, first heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add the urad dhal and saute for a few seconds.
  3. Now add the onions, green chilies and curry leaves. Saute till onions change color.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook covered on low heat till they turn pulpy.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, salt and coriander leaves. Saute till raw smell of turmeric disappears.
  6. Now add the pre-toasted and chopped bread pieces. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Fry till the bread slices turn brown here and there.
  8. Serve the healthy dish hot.
