Bread Upma Restaurant Style
Fried bread cubes mixed with chopped
onion
,
tomato
and other ingredients to prepare this yummy favorite with kids.

Mustard seeds
Turmeric powder
A pinch

Carrot
grated

sprig
Curry leaves
1
tbsp
Coriander leaves
finely chopped

Green chilly
1/2
tsp
Urad dal
1
tbsp
Ghee
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing bread upma, cut the edges of the bread and cut into small cubes.
Beat together the
egg
,
salt
and green chilly. Heat some
oil
in a pan and pour the
egg
mixture. Stir well to make scrambled
egg
. Keep aside.
Melt
ghee
in another pan and splutter
mustard seeds
.Add
onion
, tumeric powder,
carrot
, urad dal and
curry leaves
.
Add chopped
tomato
and fry till it is tender. Add bread cubes and combine well.
Now add the scrambled
egg
and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Bread upma, is ready.
