Instructions
  1. For preparing brinjal mezhukkupuratty, saute curry leaves and mustard in oil.
  2. Grind shallots, chillies, salt and turmeric.
  3. Add it to the pan and fry well.
  4. Add brinjal and fry well. Cover with a lid and cook in low flame adding some water if required.
  5. Remove the lid when done and add some more oil and fry well.
