Instructions
  1. Cut the onion , tomato and Brinjal and keep aside
  2. In pan add oil and fry brinjal and keep aside
  3. Grind tomato 1 and ginger and garlic and keep aside
  4. In pan add oil and temper jeera
  5. Add onion and saute well and add tomato and saute well
  6. Add tomato puree and all other powders and mix it well cook in medium flame
  7. Add fried brinjal mix well
  8. In mean time grind coconut paste and add in gravy
  9. In last stage add cream and turn off and serve
