  • Green chilly - 4
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • Red chilly - 2
  • Fenu greek seeds - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Sambhar powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Cook toor dal with 1 cup of water in a cooker,till it is fully cooked.
  2. Add onions and brinjal to this.
  3. Add tomatoes add green chilly and salt.
  4. Cook in a cooker until it is fully mushy.
  5. When vegetables and dal is fully cooked we have to add tamarind juice to this.
  6. Next we have to do tempering.For that heat oil in a kadai add mustard,red chilly and fenu greek seeds and sambhar powder. and add this to sambhar.
  7. Now brinjal tomato sambhar is ready
